Activities will enhance institutional capacity and drive private investment in internet and data infrastructure—critical to powering digital transformation.

Interoperable and secure data platforms

This component supports the deployment of interoperable Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) to improve efficiency across the public and private sectors. It aims to build secure national systems and safeguards for the trusted use of data and digital services in Malawi and across borders.

High-impact digital services and productive digital usage

This component focuses on advancing digitally enabled applications and services, which can potentially have a high impact on economic and social activities.

Project Management

This component provides resources to ensure smooth program coordination, implementation, communication, monitoring, evaluation, audits, and operational support at both national and regional levels.
